The name biscotti is derived from 'bis' meaning twice in Italian and 'cotto', meaning baked or cooked. The dough is first shaped into log and baked until firm. After cooling, the log is divided into slices and baked again to draw out the moisture, thus producing a crisp cookie. At Casual Delights, we offer five scrumptious varieties of all-natural biscotti, using pure butter, all natural nuts, flavorings, and non-aluminium baking powder. Our biscotti may be enjoyed with a glass of wine or a cup of coffee. We also developed the citrus biscotti for our tea-lovers in mind. Order Biscotti
Almond
This traditional biscotti is loaded with toasted almonds and pecans. Crunchy, with a balanced of almond and anise flavors.
Double Chocolate
This biscotti is intensely chocolatey. We chopped up our all-natural Belgian chocolate into bits and pieces and added it to this dark chocolate-colored dough. Add to that toasted macadamia nuts.
Pistachio
The same crunchy textured biscotti with true pistcahio flavor! Loaded with roasted pistachio and flavored with smooth pistachio oil.
Citrus
We put both flavors in -- lemon and orange! Rich buttery taste, yet light and crunchy.
Espresso Bean
This is a biscotti that combines the taste of coffee and nuts, with chopped espresso beans and toasted almonds.
